The only place I eat McDonald's is in Bangkok. The quality is better and they have some different things on the menu (no longer the much maligned "purple spunk pie"). And at 4am, there's not much open.
In Britain, it's always full of chavs and a load of kids buying ice creams.

I was in Bangkok about 2 weeks ago it was rammed with tourists everywhere the only place to get food with queuing for 10 minutes was McDonalds I got to the door copped the smell and went back to hotel and got some room service. I cannot eat fast food anymore KFC etc

Bet its hardly unique to McDonalds, any touch screen would be similar i bet, it is shit food though.
Remember when you used to have nuts on the bar at Pubs, remember when they tested that it came back with all sorts, traces of shit, piss and all sorts.

Its disgusting that just from proximity, you can ingest enough faecal matter that at best you will suffer considerable nausea, at worst, a hospital stay.
Mind you, the Evening Standard is no better.
